Healing happens in community.
Join other men on the same path—learning, growing, and healing together.
Many men struggle with vulnerability, expressing emotions, and building healthy relationships. A lack of emotional intimacy often leads to seeking connection through unhealthy sexual behavior, which can develop into sexual addiction.
This group is designed to help men heal by learning to form healthy, non-sexual intimate relationships. Unlike 12-Step programs or Celebrate Recovery, this is a therapy group led by a master's-level therapist, where crosstalk is encouraged to practice real-time emotional engagement and relational skills.
Participants will learn how to:
Engage in emotionally honest conversations
Respond supportively to vulnerability
Navigate productive conflict
Build and maintain healthy, meaningful relationships
The group uses Patrick Carnes’ “Facing the Shadow” as a structured guide through the recovery journey—a proven resource for thousands seeking lasting change.
